Programmes
Basic programme: A two (2) hour session.
A summarized personal program, indicating in which direction your longboard
training needs to move. Highly recommended for the Longboard novice
and those who are not yet sure about what they hope to achieve. Includes
one, 2 hour coaching session, plus personalised written program.
Advanced goal programme: A set of two (2) hour intensive
sessions.
The advanced goal program is a flexible option for those wishing to
add new moves into their current repertoire. The length and scope of
your program is best negotiated after your first needs analysis session.
This program is an open series of recurring written and verbal reports
plus coaching sessions undertaken on a regular basis until the set goal
is reached. This style of program is best suited to those wishing to
focus on a particular difficulty in their surfing. Such as nose- riding,
tube-riding, walking the board and switch foot stance. It is also highly
suited to adult newcomer surfers wishing to radically increase the longboard
learning curve.
Slide guide package: A five and half (5.5) hour daily
session.
Slide guide packages start with a 9.00 am pickup, you'll be taken to
the regions best spots to surf on that day, fitting to your fitness
levels and surfing ability. Lunch and a daily review are included in
the package. Slide guide can also be adjusted for site seeing, day trips
and meeting with or ordering from local longboard designers. When it
comes to ordering fine longboard equipment at the right price, it's
not what you know, but who you know. Slide guide attracts flexible complimentary
needs analysis during sessions. We wind up the day around 2.30 pm.
